Summary
Doğan, a successful surgeon in İzmir, is forced to return to his family, from whom he has been estranged for years, after a struggle in the emergency room. Coming to Istanbul for his sister's wedding, Doğan confronts past issues he thought he had left behind, finding himself in the middle of the power struggles within the Hancıoğlu family. Çağla Öncü (Afra Saraçoğlu) is a successful lawyer. The most important thing in her life is justice. She’s a woman who always acts with reason, strong, and stands firmly on her own feet. She’s very attached to her family. Her sister, Mahinur Öncü (Esra Şengünalp), despite the traumas she’s experienced in the past, is still Çağla’s greatest support. Also, Behram Sancar (Diren Polatoğulları) is as close to her as an older brother their bond is built on deep trust and friendship.
Çağla’s life begins to change when she accidentally meets Doğan Hancıoğlu at his sister’s wedding. That night, two people from completely different worlds come together, and this encounter opens a brand-new chapter in both Çağla’s and Doğan’s lives.
Doğan Hancıoğlu (Kenan İmirzalıoğlu) is a compassionate surgeon who distanced himself from his family years ago and has been working at a state hospital on the Aegean coast. He returns to Istanbul after many years for his sister’s wedding, but this return soon becomes much more than a brief visit.
Estranged from his family for a long time, Doğan is forced to face his father Tahir Hancıoğlu (Tarık Pabuççuoğlu), his mother Saadet (Nihal Koldaş), his brother Sinan (Sinan Tuzcu), and his aunt Lamia (Tülay Bursa).
The events that unfold on the wedding night compel Doğan to confront both his past and his conscience. During this process, his path crosses with Çağla’s once again.
