Gozleri KaraDeniz: A Stormy Journey from the Black Sea to Istanbul's Dark Streets
ATV has officially announced Gözleri Kara Deniz
as one of the main series in its 2025–2026 drama lineup. This series is produced
by O3 Medya, the series promises a powerful blend of emotional intensity and
visual grandeur, moving from the wild coasts of the Black Sea to the hidden
corners of Istanbul. This production is to ready to start imminently, with a
premiere scheduled for September 2025.
The series starts together with two rising stars of
Turkish drama, Halit Özgür Sarı who takes on the lead role of Azil, while Özge
Yağız portrays Güneş, a character likely to embody light in Azil’s dark
journey. The supporting characters is equally impressive, featuring Mehmet
Özgür, Yonca Şahinbaş, Mustafa Açılan, Ebru Aykaç, Erol Babaoğlu, Eren Ören,

The story follows Azil who is a young man raised in

dies, Azil learns he is actually the long-lost heir of the Maçari family one of
Turkey’s wealthiest and most powerful dynasties. This shocking revelation pulls
him into the morally complex and dangerous world of Istanbul.
As Azil looking for truth and justice, he is forced to
confront family betrayals, ruthless power plays, and a forbidden love that
tears at his hearts. With his life caught between the past he knew and the
future he never asked for, Azil must choose between vengeance and forgiveness,
ambition and morality. The emotional weight of the story promises to connect
